How We Use Your Data
We process your personal information strictly for legitimate event management and fulfillment purposes:
- Ticket Pass Issuance: To generate digital QR passes, deliver order confirmation receipts via email, and manage event entry credentials.
- Venue Check-in & Security: To verify delegate access at gate checkpoints on event day (November 28, 2026 in Akure).
- Event Communications: To send schedule updates, venue directions, or critical event announcements.

Payment Processing & Financial Security
All ticket payments are processed through Monnify (licensed by Moniepoint Microfinance Bank / CBN). Monnify is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
🔒 Zero Storage of Sensitive Banking Credentials:
Lango does NOT store, collect, or transmit your credit/debit card PINs, CVV codes, or bank account passwords on our servers. All financial transactions occur within Monnify’s encrypted payment rail.
Data Retention & Protection
We retain delegate registration data for as long as necessary to fulfill event operations, maintain tax and financial audit compliance, and resolve inquiries. All stored data is secured using SSL/TLS transport layer security encryption and access-controlled databases.
